Ask Eartha is used by children, so the simplest possible rule applies: we do not collect personal information from children, and we never target minors with advertising.

Children's privacy statement

• Children do not create accounts and are never asked for their name, age or contact details.
• Eartha is instructed never to request personal information in conversation.
• There is no behavioural advertising anywhere on the site and no ad profiling of minors.
• We do not knowingly sell or share any child's information with third parties.

What is stored

• Optional parent or teacher setup details (name, school, email) are stored only in your own browser's local storage on your device. Clearing site data removes them.
• Questions typed into the live Ask box are sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. Do not type personal information into that box.
• Standard server logs may record requests for security and reliability.

Cookies

Ask Eartha does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
